Newbie-hello to everyone!

Hi there, I'm new to this group. I'll be 36 in a few weeks, 266lbs, and so sick of what I've done to myself. I'm restarting WW points as of today. My husband and I are trying to have a baby and my cycle is completely out of whack the last few months and I really think it's because I've gained so much weight since we got married last October. I'm looking forward to chatting with everyone. I miss being in a support group. They are such great help. Thanks again, Dazy

Hi, good luck with your weight loss and getting pregnant.
Make small goals for yourself as you go along so that it won't be overwhelming and don't set over-realistic targets so that you aren't dissapointed. I felt totally overwhelmed at the beginning as it seemed too much weight to lose but by setting monthly goals as I go along it gives a real sense of achievment when I reach the targets.
If you go wrong one day, don't give up, just forget about it and start again. We are all human and all give into temptation sometimes and it doesn't mean that we are failures.
You CAN do it. :)
