Newbie from the NW!

Hello everyone!

My name is Thia and I just found this forum! Its so nice to find places where people are going through what I am:)

About 4 years ago, I exercised 6 days a week and ate right and went from 195 pounds with 48% body fat to 140 pounds and 29% body fat. Then, depression hit and I went back:mad:

I am now at 185 pounds. I don't belong to a gym where I currently live, so I don't know what my body fat % is at the moment, but I assume it is somewhere around 48% again:(

I want to get back to feeling REALLY good and REALLY powerful. I look forward to reading your posts and hearing your comments!

Hi Thia! :D I'm also new today!
I reckon you don't have to excersise 6 days a week to lose weight, even just a few hours of walking or something will do good.

yeah take care about over working yourself. If you do too much you will end up stopping again. Keep it steady, you can obviously do it!

Hi! I'm in a somewhat similar position to you. I lost 50 pounds after high school, and got down to around 145. I've now, about 4 years later, managed to gain it all back. It's frustrating, but I also know what it's like to lose that much weight and how good it feels :) Good luck!
