Hey Everybody;

Im a newbie from Houston & Im here to see other peoples journeys.. Give & get advice...

Im looking to lose a total of 115lbs ; But my First goal is 70 ((in about 6 Months)) & Hopefully I can find some awesome friends along this what seems to be LONG journey to a better Lifestyle.
