Well I am used to them in another forum... apparently here you have to get them from tickerfactory... or perhaps others are allowed. I will figure it out. :) I appreciate your friendliness. I am hoping to find some exercise challenges, as those tend to keep me moving!

yay! We should start a Washingtonian thread! Who knew that so many people lived here! :D! I'm down in "E-Town" (they ran a contest thingy for a nickname...and we got "E-Town" I guess that means that we're "gansta"...:rolleyes: lol
