Hey everyone, My Name is Brandy. I'm a 31 yr old mom of 3 kids. Married for almost 9 years together for 13yrs. I've always been over weight for as long as I can remember. I finally hit my heaviest weight and decided enough is enough. It's time to start taking care of me. I'm sure all you mom's know what I mean. Once you become a mom you forget about yourself. So as Of january 8 2010 I joined a gym and decided to get happy and healthy so i can become a better mom and wife. So far I've done really good. I've lost 15 pounds and I go to the gym 5 days a week. I do cardio and some strenght training. I'm hoping to reach my goal weight within 6 months to a year. And to loose 40lbs by april. I have 85 more pounds to loose to get to my goal weight. I couldn't tell you the last time I weighted what my goal weight is. So I'm excited cause I will feel and look like a new person. And to have more energy to keep up with my 3 kids would be a bonus. So anyway I look forward to hearing from everyone and to hear about all your weight loss goals and journeys. And any tips will be appreciated. Thanks and Good luck everyone!!!
