Newbie from Houston...

I've lurked on the forum a couple of times before and decided to join up.

I'm 25, ~6'2", 265lbs and most of it isn't muscle:eek: I joined the gym about a month ago and reduced my caloric intake and that seems to be working. I'm still researching for a good diet that I can stick to and that will benefit me.

I was 279lbs when I started a month ago and I'm looking forward to impressing myself, family and friends with a new healthy image....with the help from you guys.
