I'll start off by saying I'm 22, 5'2, female and I'm here because I'm trying to lose my extra lbs that was put on during my pregnancy and tone up. I've been an athlete my whole life so I never had any weight issues but after I had my daughter I've been slacking with working out and I get discouraged easily. I want to lose about 12 lbs to be happy. I'm trying to get right for the SUMMER and for my health! My problem is I can't make working out and eating right a habit. I can start doing it but once I take a day off it's hard to get back on schedule. It makes me feel like I can't finish what I start and I feel like I've failed. Some days I can do really well by eating right and drinking a lot of water but then there are days where I really don't feel like going to the gym or eating right. I get cravings for sweets and I just get lazy! I have a membership at Crunch Fitness Gym and I definitely want to get my monies worth. So all in all I have the motivation and right mind, it's just a matter of me developing it into a habit. I'm open for advice so if anyone can relate or has any tips my ears are open.
