Newbie and Ready to Go!

Ever since the new year kicked in I'm obsessed with staying on track. I hope this forum can assist me in maintaining my goals.

Pre preggy I was 139lbs, (i'm 5'8" tall). Preggy I was 190lbs :eek: .

Post preggy I fluctuated between 145 and 155lbs for that year.

Now baby is 18 months old and I've managed to get back down to 135lbs which is great BUT I still have a little flabby belly to work on AND I need to condition and strength train.

I'm looking forward to browsing the posts here in hopes to set up a training session/schedule for my goals.

Yay! Another Canadian! Welcome here, and good luck. I still have quite a bit to lose, but the worst is that baby belly; I had two. :rolleyes: :)

Losing the last little bit can be hard (I look FORWARD to trying) ;) but well worth it!

Congrats on the baby and for reaching your starting wait! Good luck on the toning :)
