Hello Everyone Im Jose from Puerto Rico, found this forum by mistake but I think I will stay a bit longer.
Like most of you here I have been struggling with weight all my life but for this coming year I decided to change that once and for all, primarily because next year I will be 30 and I want to start "fresh" and be healthier.
