for my 2010 resolution i decided i would finally commit to losing the extra weight (currently 237, down from 240 as of jan. 7th) workout 7 days a week, cut pop and beer completely and went to 6 meals a day at about 330-360 calories per meal. question is what is a god 30-60 minute routine and meal suggestions? been eating low fat yogurt, bagels, eggs, oatmeal, cheese sticks for snacks, skinless chicken. any help is appreciated, hoping to be around 205-210 by may.
workout is usually a start of a 10 minute run on the tread at 6.5mph then 10-15 minutes of upper body weights and 5-10 minutes of legs, then a 5-10 on the bicycle with moderate resistance then a 3 minute abs workout finished with a 5-10 minute cool down jog. Not sure if this is where it goes, mods please move it if necessary.
