Hello everyone
Sorry this post is really long...
I'm new to this forum (obviously
). I am a 21 year old Female (22 on the 22nd of September)
. I have always kind of struggled with my weight, being the biggest in my family. At the age of 17 I was about 135 pounds, I felt it was an OK weight until I started to get teased. I tried to lose weight but was never really successful. At the age of 19 I met my boyfriend and went on the birth control pill and gained about 43 pounds
. So currently I weigh 178 pounds. I would like to lose 63 pound to reach my goal of 115 pounds. (impressive math huh?
)
I recently graduated college
but have yet to find a job
. This can be seen as a positive cause I plan on started to go to the gym during the week. It is however really stressful as well. My boyfriend and I want to buy a house soon and not having a job kinda puts that to a stop. Currently we live in his mothers basement
(but we won't get into that). To say the least, it stresses me out living here and I would love to move out. I know that's not an option right now so I will try to make the best of it. The thing I am really nervous about is the fact that when I do get a job I'm afraid I will be so overwhelmed about changing my routine and finding time to work out. Ten buying a house on top of that
(even though I don't have a routine to speak of just yet lol). The thought of loosing 63 pounds really scares me because it is a lot. I'm not really sure where to start, so any suggestions would be very welcome.
