Newbee needs advice

well im new to this forum so

I do a 4 day work out with a 2 day split

i do cardio 7 days a week i stated with 2 and worked up to 7 2x a day High Intensity for 1 hr each day plus i do an hr weight lifting curious what i should combine what body parts for each time day gonna stat doing 2 work outs a day. and where a good idex of each work out for each body part is at.

Also where to find good diet recipies.
 
we would probably need a little more info from you to give you the best advice. Age, Height, Weight, Goals?

What are you currently eating?

It seems like you are in the gym alot. Post some more info and i can certainly try to help.
