Newb!

I've been reading the forum for about a month now (thanks to google rss)

My current stats - 5'7" - 184.5 lbs. I've lost 10.5 lbs since March 3rd with a mixture of diet and excersizing 4 days a week.

My issue is that I work a desk job 8:30-5. I really have a hard time eating 5 meals a day (I usually only get 2 :( ) Any ideas for good meals for a desk? I don't like meal replacement bars, I want something that tastes good, is microwavable or doesn't need gooking and preferably can be stored without a fridge. Thanks!
