Hey all! Ive been reading the forums for a while so I figured I mind as well register. My name is Ryan, im a full time student with a full time job as a security guard at Tagert. Currently I weight 192 lbs. and Im 5'10". My Target weight is 170. I officially started working towards my goal on sunday. I have been jogging on the treadmill and watching what I eat. Cutting out all the junk food and mainly fast food and sodas that my diet used to consist of. Well enough about me... off to the treadmill :seeya:

And do you belong to a gym?

Lifting weights would be a wise addition to your plan, assuming you'd like to hold on to some of your muscle while you diet.
