Hey all i was web surfing and i came across this useful site. I started working out again after a looooong break. but i do have a couple basic questions. I lost 4%BF in a month. now my ideal goal is to be at 10% BF.
the ? is, is it , the lower the BF % the harder to lose? or would it disapate at the same rate? if i can hit 10% in 2 months i would be happy. I eat healthy mon-fri and not so healthy on the weekends, and drink beer of course.

I also read about people running and i have been doing 2 miles b4 working out on wiehgts for 30 mins. i decided to change it up and do as others suggested and workout 3 days and cardio 4. i did 5 miles yesterday in 66mins. never did 5 miles in my life. Hopefully this isnt just a fluke and i can do it 3 times a week.

welcome! i cant say for sure, but i'd have to say the lower the bf, the harder it becomes to lower it. thats speaking from experience! i have been trying to get mine below 17% for a while now and its tough. but then again i could be trying much harder. your doing great with the program you have going.
