Newb here, need advice!

.. I want to cry looking at these haha. I guess that's what I get for not working out/eating right. But, I want to do better. I have no eating/working out plan because I find it hard to commit - but after taking these photos I've caught a second wind haha. Advice pleeease!! I'm 5"3, about 120 lbs. I am a vegetarian (and a university student, so I don't have a ton of free time to work out), so I'm assuming I'd have to intake quite a bit more protein than a normal person would for working out? I'm going to stop rambling now and let you people help me if you will :)
