Hey guys :)

My name is Jeanna (Gina), I am 17 years old and I live on Long Island, New York.

I am 5'3 and I weight roughly around 145 lbs.

I own a pair of 5 lb weights and another pair of 8 lbs weights. I do enjoy working out but I often don't see any results and get easily discouraged, so I'm hoping that with joining this forum, it will motivate me to commit to my workouts!

I have more body fat than I need and I want to burn it off and build muscles, especially on my arms and back. My legs are pretty muscular and I've got the biggest calf muscles in the world!! I try not to work out my legs too much and instead, run, walk and jump rope, to tone them down.

As for the tummy, I want to deflate and flatten :p

I can't wait to finally burn off my extra fuel and be in the best shape of my life!
