Hi just joined up for an extra kick of motivation and inspiration :) Looking forward to getting the ball rolling with this thing, and adopting new healthy eating habbits and attitude towards eating. Hope I can stick with it!

Its good to keep a food log in the diary section. That's where we all hang out. Try to join in on other's diaries that helps with staying motivated.
