Hi,
My name is Ashley and I'm 19 yrs old. I'm a busy college student working full time. So, it's hard to stay fit I'm wanting to lose 15lbs before this fall. But I do want to lose 4-8 lbs from yesterday April 18th - May 18th.
If anyone can offer support or needs it please let me know :)

I'd suggest working out a plan for losing weight (diet and exercise) that you can fit in with your schedule and needs. To start with, have a look around the forum, particularly at the stickied posts and the posts listed under "site navigation" on the left hand side. Then have a look at what some of the forum members are doing- I'd suggest looking at diaries for ideas, inspiration, and (if you want to start one up yourself) support. I find keeping my diary a good way to keep me accountable and track what I'm doing (I've lost 2kg- about 4.4 pounds- so far).
