Im a newbie.. I 30 years old.. had a baby 5 months ago.. and have been trying to lose weight for the past 2 months now.. Ive tried to count calories.. but dont think Im doing a very good job at it.. I forget some days.. i dont always write things down.. and Im not always sure of how many calories are in what. Ive increased my walking, and tried increasing my activity also. I havent lost one pound yet.
IM starting new today.. Im going to commit to counting those calories, and learingin how! And getting my walking/ more in atleast 3 times a week. I am at 175 pounds.. I would like to get to a healthy weight of 135. Before I ever had childrenI was at 125.. I in no way expect to get to that.. but I have gotten back to 135 twice now.. after my last two children.. so I know I can do it again...
