Hi

I am new here. I just wanted to share how I last 12 kg by changing my eating pattern. I am 1,80 tall girl and I reached 80 kg in my last 2 years of faculty, by not doing sports and eating 1-two times a day. I wasn't looking to much fat, but I was big. Now I reached the perfect figure for me of 68 kg and I am healthy because I developed mussels and have more energy to live and work.

It all changed when I bought my home-bicycle and started eating 5 times a day, healthy food like yogurt, tuna, fruits, chicken, corn bread. cabbage, other fish. Stay away from high fat snacks and eat more fruits and wegetables, like carrots even some boiled rise + a lot of water ( i make a big bottle of tee and dring it trough the day...The portions need to be controled though. And I never am hungry which is important. I go for long walks and drive 4 times a week house bike about 30 minutes before I go to sleep and that is it. OK, plus I fast one time a week out of religious reasons (you take your first meal at sunset), but I think it is good to fast one day also to clean your organism.
Eating more times a day needs some discipline, but It works.

For a year now, I had no Jojo effect and I feel great and healthy.

Well done Made-it! You made lifestyle changes by taking up cycling, chucking away the junk food, and by eating healthy fruit, vegetables, and fish! Wise and sensible moves. Welcome to the boards :)
