Hi,

I'm new to this group, and although I'm not new to the concept of weightloss, I've lapsed severely over the last couple of years and I'm trying to gain some motivation and momentum again!

I haven't set a long term goal. Going by ideal weight charts and BMI etc, I have half of myself to lose... and I've found through past experience that I can't think in those kind of terms. Things work better for me by breaking my goals down into small, managable 15lb chunks!

Anyway, my plan at the moment is to eat healthily, get some exercise, and for the first few weeks my main focus is on my general fitness!

Glad I found this group, you all seem like a supportive and knowledgable bunch!

Good to see you, start a journal thread so you can keep track of your stuff :)
