So after the crazy eating holidays like everyone else I have decided to create a new resolution list and share with everyone. Here is goes:
1. Start doing regular cardio (3x a week)
2. Work on my posture
3. Reduce my sugar intake to 3 sweets a week
4. Correct my low back pain by seeing a chiro
5. Drop 10lbs
