Hey guys, I'm another newbie around here. My weight is not exactly "out of control", but I have never been able to get down to my ideal weight. Currently I am around 141 pounds/size 12 and 5'3". I am trying to get down to about 120 pounds or less and size 4 or 6. As far as my plan of attack goes, I'm going to follow the "3 hour diet" AKA eating smaller, healthier meals more frequently and exercising daily via a mix of cardio and pilates. I joined this forum in search of support and tips, as I have struggled with my body for years and since my teenage years are coming to an end(*sniff*) I don't think there will be a better time for me to finally drop the weight.
