Hey everyone! In case you all don't remember me, my name is Michelle and I am a 16 year old junior. I was on this board regularly awhile back, but totally got off the wagon during the holidays, and even before that, and yes even after that
I got all the way down to 119 pounds earlier this year and was feeling awesome about myself. But I know I have gained quite a bit of weight back because I can't even fit in my jeans anymore
I have been struggling for weeks about getting my eating under control, but now I;ve finally had enough of all the binging on the sweets and just getting myself back in really bad habits. So starting today I got myself under control and ate really well, and went to the gym and did 45 mins on the elliptical and some upper arm strenth training. Man it feels good to be back in good habits! I havn't weighed myyself yet, and am not planning on it for a couple weeks or so, I know I'd just get depressed if I weighed myself now and probably head straight to the junk food again, but I refuse to let that happen again 
Breakfast: a bowl of strawberry Special K, some blueberries, vanilla soymilk, some blueberries, coffee with splenda
Lunch: Slamon sandwhich with whole wheat bread, mayo (ok so that wasn't so great, but dad mixed the salmon with mayo and dill pickles and I really wanted it, so sue me
) lettuce and onion, lime jello low cal pack
Dinner: 1 bowl of beef stew, orange jello low cal pack
