i am lookin to change my workout and was wondering what you thought off this:
monday: back,bicep,legs,abs,forarms:
squats, leg extenions, leg curls, deadlift, chin ups, barbell curl, sit ups, crunches, wrist curls.
wednesday: shoulders, chest, tricep, abs, forarms:
press behind neck, upright rowing, dumbell forward raise, bench press, dumbell flys, standing tricep extenions, tricep bench dips, sit ups, lying leg raise, wrist curls.
friday: boxing
i am 5ft9 154lb looking to gain muscle weight. thanks for any comments.
