Hello everyone..just wanted to share.
I cooked some brocolli on the grill last nite in aluminum foil w/ 1/4 of a fresh squeezed orange and the rind stayed in there... 2 cloves of garlic and some seasoning... It was great... a bit crunchy and a nice flavor to it!

Basically any new way to mix and match my veggies is good... I usually do alot of veggie roasting also.. I chop up tons of veggies and toss them in some extra virgin olive oil.. w/ some salt & pepper.. garlic of course..and throw them in an open roasting pan for 1/2 to 45 min... depends on how cooked you like them.. .I then use them in pasta primavera... soups, whatever.. they are awesome. Usually I use peppers, vidalia onions, leeks, asparagus, summer squash, zucchini, parsnips, carrots, etc...very very good!
