New... well sorta

signed up to this site i guess a year ago... and struggled to get under 205. But unfortunetly I couldn't get over partying and consuming alot of alcohol during the weekend that basically seemed to have destroyed all my progress during the week. Since then I've gave up on alcohol completely, my job demands alot out of me physically, and recently enrolled in some grappling classes that I attent 2-3 times a week. I will be returning to the gym as well very shortly, and equipped myself with a proper diet.. But since jumping back in to lose weight I have succesfully got under the 205 mark. 2 weeks in and weighing at 203 ... or 204 as it seems to fluxuate.

welcome back to the forum. Congrats on getting pass 205. Just out of curiousity, what weight are you looking to get down to? Also, grappling is a GREAT workout. I've found grappling/ DT gets my heart rate up there quickly and well, you're bound to be dripping in sweat after a hard session. haha Good stuff. Good luck with your fitness goals. :D
