New Weight Training/Powerlifting/Bodybuilding member.

Hello,

My name is Nick and I have been training in a rather half assed manner since I was 17 years old. I cant complain about the improvements that I have made, or the enjoyment that I get from any type of training.

I joined these forums to hopefully give myself some motivation to start taking things a little more seriously.

I am one of those people who can never decie exactly what they want. Part of me wants to get stronger and bigger, and one side of me wants to get a really great physique. I guess one of the biggest challenges for me is going to be to pick a side.

Here are my current stats:
Height: 5'9" Weight: 195lbs Bodyfat: 15.0%
Bench: 255lbs Deadlift: TBD Squat: TBD
Arms: 16" Waist: 36" Chest: 43"
Neck: 16.25" Butt: 41.5" Stomach: 41.5"
Calf: 17" Shoulders: 50.5"

Goals: 8% bodyfat, 300lb bench press, 400lb squat, 450lb deadlift, 32" waist, 18" arms

I will try to post and respond to posts in other forums, if for no other reason than to provide some encouragement to other members.

Welcome aboard, I am sure you will find alot of useful information on the forum. I have only been here a short time and I certainly have.
