New weight loss workout, impressions?

I am 21 w/ fair physical condition, but I have a heart condition so I can do no less than 15 reps per set. 5'7 210lbs. about 20% body fat.

I want to get under 200 ASAP. For cardio I am doing 7min Pre Mid and Post Work to keep my heart rate up. I am doing 3x15 and only resting for about 20-30 seconds in between sets and about 45-60 seconds between excercises.

What do you guys/gals think?

you can't lift heavy? is that because of blood pressure raises? If raises in BP can be dangeoraus to you then I hope you have talked to your doctor about the valsava maneuver. It's basically how you breath in, then close your throat and try to push the air out against the closed throat, creating pressure in your cavity which helps you lift more. It's something most people do naturally when lifting.
 
yeah it has something to do with BP, but it is more than that. I am a recovered Leukemia patient and most of my treatment was very experemental and now it has decreased my heart strenght, stunted my height (possibly) and if I do heavy resistance training I have a possiblity hurting the outler layers of muscle around my heart. That is how I understood it, but you know how doctors always use those big words and what not.
