New user: Please Critique!

Hey fella's , im new to these forums, and fairly new to body building.. I have started working out for about 2 months now, and this is my pic.





Sorry about crappy poses guys :(

Well here is my routine:

- Tues: Triceps + Legs
-Wed: Chest - involves DB Press, and Fly's
-Thurs: Back
-Fri: - Forearms, Shoulders, and Biceps.

Atm. im taking protein, and started creatine.

My diet is not very strict, but i try to eat ontop of my normal diet 4 eggwhites a day, and take a shake after each work out.

Im open for many suggestions, and be as harshe as neccesary, lol, im here to learn :)

hey, i would probley leave a day rest between tricep and chest days because it might overwork your tricep because you work your triceps during chest exercises.
 
true, i find that i seem to give in too ealry coz of my trie's thanks mate! im goign to re-write my plan :) :)
 
well seeing as i go to school, i usually rely on teh canteen food, which is probably:

for recess a pie
lunch: burger
when i get home i usually eat pasta with 4 eggwhites
then for dinner its usually chicken, or some form of meat
and i take a protein shake before bed.
 
clean ur diet up man uve got no excuse even if your at skool lol. just make sandwhices the night before skool. summat like: mid morning: tuna sandwhiches or tuna and pasta, lunch: 2 chicken legs or peanut butter sandwhiches or something. you havnt got a bad body just get the basics right and those muscles will soon come.

ne other good suggestions on foods to take to school and eat!?
 
Pastas, salads, fruits, gay sex, veggies, dairy products, stay away from red meats, fish, poultry, weed, stay away from milk chocolate, DO NOT eat dark chocolate and then have milk with it, that just defeats the purpose.

I'd do triceps with either your chest routine or shoulder/bicep/tricep routine.
