Hey fella's , im new to these forums, and fairly new to body building.. I have started working out for about 2 months now, and this is my pic.
Sorry about crappy poses guys
Well here is my routine:
- Tues: Triceps + Legs
-Wed: Chest - involves DB Press, and Fly's
-Thurs: Back
-Fri: - Forearms, Shoulders, and Biceps.
Atm. im taking protein, and started creatine.
My diet is not very strict, but i try to eat ontop of my normal diet 4 eggwhites a day, and take a shake after each work out.
Im open for many suggestions, and be as harshe as neccesary, lol, im here to learn
