just thought i would tell you all a little about myself and see if there is anybody out there who could give me some advice.
Well about me, i am 28 years old and 6 weeks ago i was around the 20 stone mark or 280 pounds. 6 weeks ago i started going running every day monday to friday in an evening, increasing the distance of the run ever so slightly every 2 weeks. I have not weighed myself since the 6 weeks started as i do not want to fall into the trap of weighing myself too often and becoming despondant when i have not lost too much since the previous weigh in if you know what i mean!
I am currently taking EPH 25+ as a fat loss aid, as this was advice given to me by my gym, and i am taking whey protein twice a day. My diet has massivly improved from what it was, but admittedly is still far from perfect.
Breakfast = a bowl of cereal, typibally cornflakes, followed by 1 EPH tablet
1030 = 2 scoops of whey protein mixed with 1 scoop of powdered porridge oats and semi skimmed milk
Lunch = A rice salad with a pitta bread, although i would like to know the ideal amount of rice i should actually have
1400 = 1 EPH tablet
After run = 2 scoops of whey protein with semi skimmed milk
Dinner = Usually a vegetable stir fry with rice noodles
As i said, this is a massive improvement to what i was eating only 6 weeks ago, i used to live off junk food, chocolate, crisps, chips, pizzas, etc, etc, etc. I know this meal plan is still not perfect, so any help or advice in terms of changes i can make to this would be much appreciated. Also i have a cheat meal either on a sat or sun, whenever i decide really. any advice on the tablets i take or the protein would be great, i look forward to having your help.
