Hey everyone - I just joined up (wandering the internet instead of doing actual work at work). I'm always losing and gaining and losing, so this time I hope to lose and then stop. I thought I might be more motivated if I had buddy supports or challenges, etc. So this time my goal is to lose 15-20 pounds. I'm a bit in a plateu right now. So that's me in a nutshell. Say hello - I'd love to hear from you - Advice, Motivation, Tips, Virtual exercise buddy, etc.

Oh, and I wanted to ask how to get one of those cute little weight loss trackers everyone seems to have on this site...

The tickers can be made on various differnt sites, I made mine at which is where most of the ones people display here are from. :)
