New to Weight Training

I am a 14-year-old male looking to weight train. I have had minimal experience with weight training. I go out and run every morning after I wake up for cardiovascular activity, but I would like to start building up my muscles. The only experience I really have is from our weight training unit in gym, which didn't last very long. I plan to go to my local YMCA and start to train, but I have a few questions:

How many days of weight training is good for one week? Would going to the gym every other day suffice? More or less?

How many hours should I train when I go to the gym?

Should I do full body workouts or focus on certain muscle groups for each individual day?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
