Hi everyone!

I am 27 , 5'7 222lbs. I have been running about 4 days a week,burning about 500 calories each time and limiting calorie intake for 2 weeks today. My goal is to lose about 55lbs. I have only lost about 1-2lbs since i first started. This normal rate?? Although i have noticed belly and waste line is shrinking. Will more fat shed faster as i go??

I would say to give yourself a bit more time. If you are losing weight and noticing that your waistline shrink, then you are doing something right! Keep working at it and keep paying attention to your nutrition... exercising is the 'easy' part; your diet takes a lot more time and attention, so just stick with it!
 
Use the exercise to keep your appetite from creeping up on you more than a tool to 'lose calories'. You'll be surprised even when limiting your diet you forget about this little snack here and there - they add up!

Good start tho, keep it up. Those 1-2lbs add up you know :)
