;)Hey everyone, ive just signed up to the forum with the hope of getting some support and ideas for my impending weight loss journey! I have about a stone and a half to lose and Im determined to do it! Ive started this week with the following program of exercise: Tuesday Pilates, wednesday spinning and friday bootcamp. Does anyone have any thoughts on whether this is a suitable program along with better eating eating habits for weight loss? Any thoughts welcomed!!
 
Hi! Welcome to the forum..This is a great place to get support to lose weight and also to learn a lot about what has worked for other people. I think that your workout plan looks good but make sure you change it up every once in awhile so your body doesnt get used to it! Also try to eat as many fresh foods as you can and stay away from packaged things as much as possible. I know its nearly impossible to only eat fresh foods but the more fruits and veggies the better!
