Okay this is how new I am to this forum and posting stuff. I posted a little paragraph about myself the other day and now cannot find it to see if I received any replies. So here goes again.I am 51 years old, have always been thin and could eat anything put in front of me until a couple of years ago. Now I have gained 20 extra pounds and can feel it. I have cut out all of my ice cream at night
I did start my own business a few years ago and sit in front of my computer a lot. Also as I have gotten older my metabolism is not what it used to be. Give me some ideas as to what to try, I know exercise is #1
