I just recently decided that since I am a bit overweight (i stand to be corrected XD) I should lose those excess kilos/pounds.

87kilos/192pounds
Bodyfat - Last time I checked that was about 3 years ago and I registered at 20% body fat, but since then I've only gained 7 pounds at max and grown about 2 inches.
I'm looking to lose around 22 pounds and tone up.
I've been doing martial arts for 4 years, which helped me keep a fairly consistent weight until now, but due to schooling, I've given it a rest for about 2 months now.
I don't really have a specific diet that I stick to everyday but generally what I eat everyday (school day) is:
Breakfast : Glass of milo and plain toast
Morning Tea Period (10.35-11.00) : Yoghurt bar, slice of cheese and a chocolate muffin
Lunch Period (1.25-2.10): Usually rice and beef (korean-style cooked beef)
When I get home from school (at 4.30): Usually I drink a lot of water (around a litre, not at that instant but from the period of when I get home and go to sleep), eat a few snacks (some sort of muesli or yoghurt bar) just to kick the little bit of hunger away.
Dinner: It varies really, most nights I have rice and all those other side dishes which include: dried seaweed, bean sprouts, kimchi (a korean food) and miso soup.
During school lunch breaks, I don't really go out and run about or anything, but throughout the whole day I'm usually walking back and forth between campuses to get to classes.
I'm not really sure on how to get started with all this exercise and that, so help would be greatly appreciated!
