Hello

I am a 33 year old female.

I recently lost 40kgs and was 5kgs off my goal weight. However, I let everything slip and went back to 'old habits'. Due to this I stacked on 10kgs :doh:

I have utilised calorie counting and exercise coupled with drinking lots of water to achieve my goal.

I am starting fresh tomorrow. I have learnt a great lesson: maintence is needed to keep the weight off.

Just wanted to say hello to everyone!

glad to have yo here...

it really is a lifestyle change and not a quick fix diet :) glad you're realizing that you do have to constantly watch :D
