new to this HELP

looking for some advice on being healthy . wanting to to inprove my diet and start a workout program . i really don't need to lose any weight i think. im 5'10' and about 150 lbs. have a small gut . i really don't know enough to know what i need to do or where to start. i don't eat junk food or sweets i just dont eat healthy. i have a weight bench and about 400 lbs of weights and no idea how not to hurt myself starting out. so if i'm in to deep with this site let me know if not i would love any help or advice . thank you
