Hi. Im 24... I weigh the most I've ever weighed at this point- 215# and I'm 64 inches. I think my motivation to lose weight is finally coming from myself. Yesterday, I saw a female who I thought looked obese and I weighed her (I was at work)... She was 217. Made me realize that I'm not seeing what I really look like and I think it is a good motivator. I've been reading a book, "Thin for Life", which I recommend.
I plan to use this website to track fitness/food/weight and struggles. Going to try to stick to 1200kcal daily and workout 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Cutting back everywhere, limiting fat to 25 g/day and reducing amount of meat and sugary drinks.
My goal weight is 160, no time limit. Just making lifestyle changes. Mini goal is 205... Hopefully by July 30. 3# a week seems doable.
