New to the site

Hi!

I just wanted to say hello to everyone.
Does anyone have any advice right off the bat?
I weigh in at 250 pound and have failed my weightloss a hundred times over, but this time I have decided to do things differently.

I have started doing Taekwon-do, which I have wanted to do before but always thought I was too big to be moving like that.
I have set up goals - main goal and smaller ones, and I will be 'rewarding' myself for each one of them.
And I will be ready and prepared for eventual motivational problems (mostly I hope I can get some help here in the forums for that :)

So I hope we can all help eachother out.

Welcome to forum! I would suggest reading the "stickied" threads, there's lots of good info in them. I'd also suggest started a diary....they are great for motivation, feedback, venting, and getting to know the other members on the forum. Congrats on starting taekwon-do, that's awesome! Good luck to you! :)
