hey everyone! my name is reena and I am new lol. I have always struggled with my weight and I hate it. I recently started my own health blog, well me and my cousin did, and its about weight loss, eating healthy, working out etc. We made this site because we needed another push in the right direction and also we wanted to inspire people to feel better about themselves, eat healthy, and love their body no matter what it looks like. I am currently trying to get my zumba certificate so I can teach zumba! I love it, and it has changed my life drastically.


I am def. going to be following this site also for help and motiovation =P

Im newly join this forum to get to know how to loos my heavy weight. The weight problem faced everybody.It’s also important to remember that your weight should be lost gradually. Don’t expect miracles overnight like some fad diets promise. When you first start dieting, you will probably lose more water weight, therefore you may be losing more pounds initially. But, if you’re doing it right, your weight loss will slow down to an average of one to two pounds per week.
