Hi everyone! I am nineteen years old and have been struggling with my wieght since middle school. I enjoy running but I also LOVE food. I feel like I have no self control when it comes to food, especially carbs. If I can just find a way to stop eating so much I think I could lose the wieght. I am hoping a little support form others going through the same thing might help achieve my goals.
 
no one can take the food out of your hand... you have to want to do it for yourself.

What are your current stats and goals? What are you looking to achieve?

Carbs generally aren't a problem for most people... it's total calories that factor into weight loss or weight gain, so I would suggest getting an account at fitday.com and starting to accurately weight/measure and record all that you do it.

If you can't stop eating - you also might wantt o record your moods while you're eating and find out if it's hunger or something else that's causing you to eat.
