Hey there.
I am new to the site. My name is katlyn, i am 20 and from canada.
I have always been trying to lose weight for my entire teenage years. I was never what you would consider overweight, but i carry alot of weight in my bottom half, and i have a very low metabolism (as well as a low self esteem). I have alwyas had to watch what i eat, and if i dont i am bound to gain weight. IN the last year and a half i have gain about 25 pounds(a result of working in a resturant). I have recently started to lose some of thise weight, but i would like to get down to my former weight of 135. my stats are
height-5`8`
weight`150 (down 10 from my max weight)
I know i am not fat, but i would just like to feel good about myself again, like i used to. I know that i have to except myself for who i am, but i also would like to fit into my old jeans....so without taking it over board, i would like to shed some unwanted weight!
