Hey all,
My name is Jennifer. I have always been pretty "skinny" but never really fit. I really started getting focused on my fitness level about a year ago. I have tried all kinds of different methods from going to the gym to at home workout programs. I am currently in my second week of training with Insanity. I absolutely love the program but am finding myself not being able to make it threw the program a lot of time but seam to be getting better as the days go on. I am surprised how challenging this is. I thought this was going to be easy since I graduated from P90x last year.
Hoping being a part of the forum I will be able to get plugged in and feed off everyone else to stay motivated to finish my goals.
