New to the site.. before pictures. . .

Hello. My name is TiffanyLynn and I'm new here. I currently weigh 282 pounds. My weightloss journey started last monday Jan 8th, and I have lost a total of 4 pounds so far. I'm working out daily to my Biggest Loser DVD and today have added going to my local gym doing some walking. I have posted my before picture. Please, brace yourselves, it's not a pretty sight. Welcome to the board! It's good to see you have a plan, just remember to stick with it, even if you slip off plan for a meal. Just because you went off your goal doesn't mean the day is a waste, it just means you can make up for it afterwards. It's hard to uneat something, but it can be made up for with some effort. Don't starve yourself, just make better choices for your next few meals (I have to do this often).

What sort of exercise and dietary guidelines do you have for yourself? What size clothes do you want to wear?
 
I was a Dr. Pepper junki! I was drinking at least 3 cans a day. Never any water. Then on Sunday, Jan. 7th, after church we went to eat (my family and I) and I realized I was dying because (people say its bad, and I believe them) I could press my finger on my head and an indention would be there and stay. That's not right. So, I got scared thinking I had fluid on my brain. And that's serious!! So, I decided no more Dr. Pepper although it killed me.. but now that I'm in the second week.. I don't even want one! I've cut down on my eating habits. No more late night eating, ice cream, snickers, or even chips! I love chips, but instead I eat Wheat Thins to give me that crunch. I drink water a lot and if I ever want anything different, I drink half a glass of chocolate milk. It's not that good, but I'm progressing. Plus, I do the Biggest Loser dvd for 30 minutes everyday except Sunday and now I go to my local gym and walk. Last night I walked a mile, but tonight I'm going to jump it up a couple of more miles. But, that's that. I'm feeling good. I feel like I can take on the world!!!!!!!:D

nonsense that you're not a prtty site - you're cute -with great skin... and when you are happier with yuor weight.. that little mona lisa half smile wiill be a great big grin :D

You really are beautiful...i wish you the best of luck and for motivation imagine just how much how stunning you will be once you reach your goal!
