Hey everybody, my name's Nicole but you can call me Tarrish. I'm 22 years old and I weigh 160 lbs at 5'5. My starting weight was 191, and my weight goal is around 130 to 120 lbs. I haven't been skinny since high school, and would really love to get that old body back. Not only will I look better but I'll generally feel better. When I hit that 190 mark I realized I need to do something about my crazy weight gain. I joined this group to gain support, maybe some good exercise tips, and connect with people in my position.
