New to the Forum

Hi everyone!! Im Sharon and Im new. I need help and support in getting to the body I want. Im 23 weigh 142lbs and im
5' 8. My goal weight is about 130. No idea how to go about it. Ive been trying to eat right but need a while excerise routine. Mostly i want to taget the thighs, tummy and love handles. And also lower back. Anyone have any tips on what works and what about Pilates????

No offence to you, but all your answers are waiting for you in the forums, you just need to search for them (search and browse through some of the old posts).
 
thanks.. well I figured my answers would be in the forums somewhere, just didnt get the time to go through them. I wouldnt doubt you get the same answers cuz alot of people want to know the same thing. Just that I figured if i asked a question on a forum I thought i would get an answer. Anyway, thanks for your help..
 
as u seem to just want to lose weight, the only real answer is to do cardio. weight training will help you define ur muscles (and increase ur ability to burn fat), but they can't be seen with any fat on them and the scale is bad to measure progress if ur weight training.
If u want fast results, just do a lot of hard running ... about 3 hours/week ... if u want to maintain ur muscle mass, do HIIT for 3h/week
 
cool, thanks for your help, the thing is i cant get to the gym so everything i can do is only at home, but running is a definate possibility especially now that the weather in improving, thanks again!!!!!!:)
