New to the forum

I'm 6' 3" and about 195lbs. Mainly here to trim the fat around my abs and develop my chest and triceps. I usually do a 1 - 2 mile jog a day and TRY to eat right :p but nothing seems to be working! Any tips would be appreciated! Anyway, I better go, I'm at work and don't fancy getting caught. Cya :D
 
HI and welcome to the forums. Your KEY word you need to focus on in your introduction is the word TRY. If you are "trying" to eat right then that most likely means it is not going to well for ya (or at least not as clean as you need to be! LOL)

You want to be cut the weight around that weight then you need to have a spot on diet. That combatted with your exercise and you will eventually get there.
